Terms of Service

By accessing the TROTACTL platform at trotactl.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the User) and TROTACTL (the Company).

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. If you are accessing this platform on behalf of a corporation or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

Users are expected to interact with the TROTACTL platform in a professional and ethical manner. Any activities that violate local, national, or international laws are strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: unauthorized access attempts, data scraping, reverse engineering of our proprietary algorithms, or distribution of malicious code.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. TROTACTL implements enterprise-grade security measures, but you must notify us immediately at security@trotactl.com of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

All content, features, and functionality on the TROTACTL platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—are the exclusive property of TROTACTL or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform, but you grant TROTACTL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services. This license ends when you delete your content, though copies may remain in backup systems for a limited time.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TROTACTL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service;
• Any content obtained from the service; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service is limited to the greater of one hundred dollars (USD $100) or the amount you have paid us in the past six months.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TROTACTL regarding the service. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

TROTACTL reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
